LOTION PUMP
It is a press type quantitative liquid outlet device in the field of daily chemicals and cosmetics, which can quantitatively export lotion, disinfectant, etc. and prevent pollution. It consists of a pump head, a pump body with a piston spring, and a suction tube. It discharges liquid by pressing the pressure difference (pressing out, releasing suction), and often uses food/cosmetic grade plastics (such as PP, PE). It is a modern packaging component that balances practicality, hygiene, and design sense.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The pump body is also driven to work by pressing, but its internal structure is different from that of the spray. Its main function is to ‘extract and expel’ viscous liquids, rather than ‘atomize’ them. When pressed, the pump will push a certain amount of lotion out of the conduit and flow out through the outlet.

Lotion Pump FAQ Guide
Using antioxidant materials, suitable for skincare products containing easily oxidizable ingredients such as vitamin C (liquid ingredients should be specified in advance, and customized antioxidant versions are recommended).
Press down on the pump head and rotate it clockwise until you hear a “click” sound to lock it. Rotate counterclockwise to unlock. This function is used to prevent accidental pressure leakage during transportation.
Usually, the internal spring is stuck due to the liquid being too viscous or having dried up. You can try cleaning the pump head with warm water; If it is ineffective, it needs to be replaced.
